About the Project, Program and FAQ

Everything you need to know about the Microlearning 2026 educational webinar series — our mission, session details, expert background, and answers to common questions.

About the Project

Microlearning is not simply "short videos." It represents a fundamentally different approach to learning and personal change. Instead of waiting for a perfect uninterrupted hour, people use 10–15 minutes a day to achieve consistent progress.

Modern research (2023–2026) demonstrates that short, regular sessions maintain attention better, reduce procrastination, and produce more sustainable results than intensive long-form learning. Microlearning places less strain on cognitive resources and integrates more naturally into everyday life with work, family responsibilities, and fatigue.

This project does not recommend "100 best learning apps" or promise that "five minutes a day will make you a genius." Instead, the webinar explores how daily micro-practices influence neuroplasticity, how to structure them so they do not become another obligation, and how to maintain motivation over long periods of time.

The project is strictly educational and does not promote products, services, or commercial solutions.

This project does not promote any learning apps, microlearning platforms, habit trackers, online courses, or commercial applications.

The webinar is provided for educational purposes only. The invited expert participates as a guest contributor.
